Spotlessly clean, space and convenient location

No kitchen scissors or a dustpan and brush. Both would have been useful

It’s a perfect little gem for a couple or two couples. Close distance to town, quiet and has all the home comforts.

Tidy wee home, centrally located walking distance to greytown centre. School across the road with a playground and field is great for families. Didn't use laundry but kitchen stocked with utensils, appliances, cookware etc.

Few things (not majors) but couldn't get the under floor heating in the bathroom to work and it got chilly! The pillows and beds were unfortunately not the best with the feeling of a spring in one of them and the pillows terribly soft and flat, but again, the rest of the place was fine! Milk would have been ideal also!

Location was great. Property was also easy to find

There was a number of things wrong with the property but the worst was the terrible smell that greeted me when I entered the house. I could not locate where it was from but seem to be coming from the couch. I did remove the cushions and rug and replaced it with a clean cover which may have helped. We didn’t sit on it at all as a middle leg appeared to be broken. Windows open and the purchase of a candle made the smell bearable. Couch middle leg was broken, bathroom floor heater wouldn’t work, lawns were in desperate need of a mow and the laundry and bathroom window was open when I arrived.

Great place to stay. Modern and clean and close to the town centre.

Location central and walking distance to main street. Quiet - except for the barking dog at the back of property but settled down later in evening - think he just heard us arriving. House was immaculate, every thing was there that we needed and more. Would definitely stay again.

It was a very cold weekend (unlike Greytown!) so the house was cosy and warm, however we found the bedroom was a bit warm (we might be used to it being a bit colder). Security stays on the windows would have been great as would be super hot in summer. Also very hot in kitchen with afternoon sun when cooking dinner.

A quiet location, handy to the town.

Some of the doors need a little oil to stop them squeaking.
