Everything. Love the cats roaming nearby and other animals. Totally enjoyable.

Difficult to say - I wish I could say hello to the host. But my daughter whilst visiting the cats met the owner so she had a good chat.

The view over rural property out to Lake Rotorua is spectacular. The gardens are beautiful. The furniture is very comfortable, love the blue leather lounge suite! The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and pots and pans, also bbq utensils. I messaged Pam as we couldn't get the tv to work, she was there in 5 minutes and fixed it for us.

We found a glass and a plate that were not clean. They had obviously been placed in the dishwasher without being rinsed, probably by the previous visitors, but had been put away still wet and not checked that they were clean. The spa was great but the water smelled musty and had a film on the top. Neither disastrous, small things that could have made the experience 10/10

The holiday home has three bedrooms, more than enough for our family of 3. I think the photos don’t do justice to its actual perfection: great view, serenity of countryside, comfortable living area and convenience of facilities for travelers . I forgot some personal items and the good owner agreed to courier them to me. Too bad I didn’t check messages in time.

Great value for money. Lovely beds. BBQ on the deck. It was easy to find our way to the property and not far out of the centre of Rotorua.

Easy check in and out. Plenty of space for our group of 6. Loved sitting out on the huge deck taking in the stunning scenery and views of the lake. Prefect location - 15mins from the city but suited us perfectly as we love the peace and quiet. So comfortable and the spa was a treat. House had everything you needed and even fresh eggs. Thank you to our lovely host for letting us stay in your beautiful house. Would definitely love to stay again.
