Charming just renovated 2 bed cottage in the centre of village

Charming cottage in the centre of the village however the road noise can start very early and without blackout blinds the rooms were quite light

Blackout blinds and further glazing to reduce noise would be beneficial

As always, the host Pam was lovely, and the cottage was amazing—a charming place.

There was no off-road parking.

Everything was perfectly presented and clean. The house has two nice sized bedrooms and the kitchen had everything required for cooking meals. The sitting room and dining area was very comfortable. Highly recommend this property. Pam was very nice to deal with.

Excellent location with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Hartford is a great village and has some nice pubs - especially Hartford Hall.

Parking is tricky in Hartford - good to talk directly to Pam, who can sort this out for you. The only thing we missed was a washing machine, but otherwise the property has everything you need for a long stay.

Cosy little home, everything we needed was there, ideal location, fantastic host, comfy bed.

I loved it all just felt it needed an outside light, we sat outside in the evening as the weather was nice, it was the only thing that was missing.

Before we arrived Pam (the host) reached out to see if we needed cots for our 1 year old twins ensuring that we would have everything we would need. Very friendly and welcoming. The cottage is clean and very comfortable. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds we've slept on when travelling. We will definitely be visiting again.

The cottage had everything you could possibly need there quite literally isn't anything we didn't like.

The cottage was very well equipped, comfortable and clean, and all instructions were clear.

This was a comfortable, modern property - clean, with comfortable furniture (not always the case) which suited our 2 night stay near family we were visiting.

Small points - the car parking on the roadside verge happened to be a bit muddy and so we weren't quite sure about that. Opening the key box was a bit tricky and needed some time to get the knack.

Location is very central, close to shops, restaurants and lovely walks.
