Location great, close to nice local pub, waking up to alpacas was lovely. Warm and cosey

One of the rooms had wooden bed, bed posts caught me a few times getting round the room, and mattress was a spring one.. seen better days. The bathroom .. French doors into bedroom, should be clear in description, we had friends with us, although curtains are in bedroom, they never felt comfortable to use bathroom. Think blind or something on bathroom side or even close off with a wall would be better.

the little play park was perfect for my 5 year old as she could go by herself as it was only about 10 yards from the property and we could see her perfect for families with small children

the sofa was a bit itchy but thats the only negative i could say
