The neighborhood, the filth, the smell

I loved the look of this place definitely alot of thought was put into it😍 Hazel is new to this and she smashed it. Me and my partner had a lovely stay and its not too far from Hastings beach

I thought it was a lovely little place, nice little seating area outside aswell. Just enough space for 2 couples and only a short drive to the beach.

This property is a hidden gem , stunningly decorated extremely immaculate and the wonderful owner has thought of everything you could possibly need or require for our stay. Bbq was provided along with Sky Tv , usb chargers , hairdryer , and a fabulous coffee machine. The owner provides a service that’s 5star , communication was excellent , friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The attention to detail was exceptional and the lovely treats were a fantastic touch- the facility’s were excellent ( loved the shower ) and the garden lovely- great location and parking with easy access to beach’s , restaurants and all the amenities anyone could want for a seaside break. The cleanliness was outstanding , to reiterate this is a hidden gem and highly highly recommend to couples , business travellers and groups of 4. Superb value for money too ! cheaper and a million times better than any of the hotels in the area . we will be back - highly recommended!

There is nothing that we didn’t like the place was amazing - you instantly feel on holiday when you step through the door .

The host, Hazel, had thought of everything to make sure our stay was as seamless as possible. The house was beautifully decorated with great facilities. My husband and I only stayed one night, with our 10m old son, but we would have been happy to stay longer.

We arrived to find the property in immaculate state, well equipped and even some treats! The little terrace was ideal for breakfast, and a glass of wine in the evening!

Hard to find any faults - everything worked- comfortable bed and settee into the bargain!

So clean and fresh feel throughout the property, kitchen very well equipped, little garden, very quiet place, mineral water, tea and coffe provided as well as towels, toiletries (we used our own though) and after the stay the host reached out to let me know they found our Apple charger and offered to post it back to me.

we liked everything but I would suggest getting a mattress topper for the bed and sofa bed and maybe thicker pillows with toppers. It would be a good idea to leave instructions for the oven as not everyone knows electric cookers and the symbols
