"Has potential but they have been cutting corners on cleaning for too long"

well appointed and equipped

House was superficially cleaned, but don’t look under the beds or in the showers. Kitchen utensils oily, microwave dirty with previous tenants exploded food still in a plate in it. Oven caked with thick fat.
