Amberlea Cottages

Cottage was spacious and clean, washing machine & dryer a bonus. Comfy bed and so much kitchen equipment, great for a longer stay. Hokitika walks and town nearby

Wunderschöne, gemütliche Cottages. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Ortsmitte und Strand von Hokitika sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Besitzer sind super nett und hilfsbereit und haben uns sogar noch ein weiteres Klapp-Bett zur Verfügung gestellt.

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und Baby in einem Cottage. Und das ist doch recht eng. Vor allem die Küche/Esstisch sind eigentlich nur für zwei Personen nutzbar.

Location was fantastic, a very easy walk into town. The facilities were very clean and had everything that could be needed. Plenty of spare towels, and other linen. Board games and books. Really nice throw blankets for curling up on the couch with. Plenty of crockery, full oven and fridge freezer. I stayed for 3 nights. It was also comfortable to work from in the evening

Not a single thing

I loved all the little extra things that made it feel like a home, not just somewhere to stay. Comfy bed. Very clean. Nice quiet location. Highly recommend 👌

We stayed for a night on our way to Christchurch. Hokitika is such a charming and relaxed town with so much culture and heritage. The accomodation was very comfortable. We stayed in cottage B which was facing the road Lovely, clean and cosy cottage which had everything we needed. The hosts whom we did not meet were very friendly on the chats, kept us updated with everything.

Wished we had stayed for another night.
