Beach house 30

It was very clean, spacious and had every facility that a home would have on offer.

Spacious accommodation in a good location for our purposes. Pleasant decoration. Owners very obliging in providing cots for children. Plenty of towels and useful toiletries available. Owners met us at property at the start of our stay and explained a few things and also there to wish us a pleasant journey home. Would certainly recommend Beach House 30 to families or a group of friends visiting Rhodes.

We didn't get on so well with induction hob!

We stayed at Beach House 30 as a group of six and found the place to be wonderful. The hosts are amazing; they are quick to solve any issues you might have. The house is spacious, clean, and has all the amenities you could possibly need for a longer stay. It is located close to Ialysos Beach and you can travel to Rhodes Town relatively quickly, as well. Bonus points for the lovely cats that regularly visit the garden.

This was by far the nicest property that I have stayed at during my semester abroad traveling. It was very clean and well taken care of. Netflix is already signed in on the television which allows for movie nights after a day at the beach. With a completely furnished kitchen, the opportunity to cook your own meals is offered. Overall, my favorite part of the entire trip to Greece was staying at this property.

We are a family of 6 (with a baby) stayed for over a month at the beach house. The hosts are incredible helpful and kind, we had all the amenities we needed - anything from toiletries to board games and a baby chair. The villa is beautiful, clean and spacious in a pretty area just a couple minutes walk from the beach and playground with lots of restaurants, shops and cafes. We couldn’t recommend it more, we would give this an 11 but its not possible!

I left my bag on the bus. Lefteris drove me on a 40 minute round trip to find the bag. I doubt I would have found it without him! For this alone, they deserve an 11 or 12 out of 10. In addition to this, they were lovely people who made us feel genuinely welcome in the home. Everything was really clean and well organized.

Everything, the property is amazing and the hosts are lovely. We arrived to be greeted by the hosts who showed us around. Everything you need and more. We stayed for my 40th birthday and it’s a birthday I won’t forget.

Exceptional house and hosts. Greeted at a very late hour due to our arrival. Was stressed about finding a shop open but the hosts already had us covered with snacks and drinks! Beautiful, comfy house in which we found absolutely everything we might need. And with very nice garden and sitting area. We truly felt like home!!! Within walking distance to the center and beach. House located in a very quiet area. A+++
