Villa Ilyos

We had a wonderful summer stay at Villa Ilyos. The host was very pleasant and welcoming, which made everything easy from the start. It's an ideal spot if you're looking for peace and quiet, and it works beautifully for families. With three bedrooms, everyone had plenty of space, and the outdoor area was just as generous, with a basketball hoop and outdoor darts to keep everyone entertained. There's also a private covered parking spot, so the car stayed cool and out of the sun the whole time. The private beach was a real highlight, with our own parasol and beach chairs so we never had to fight for a place in the sun. And with Ierissos village just 1km away, all the shops and essentials were close by whenever we needed them. Highly recommended.

The property is equipped with everything for a comfortable stay - three showers, three WC, indoor and outdoor kitchen and absolutely everything needed for children and even baby! The host was very helpful and with a great sense of humor! The sea was full of fish, we could catch and cook some, which was a highlight! The house is new and very well maintained.

Inevitable were the mosquitoes, because we spent almost all of our time outside in the garden or on the beach.

Everything was phenomenal. Accommodation was perfectly clean. The location is excellent, the villa is about 50m from the beach. The beach is almost private. The villa has all the necessary equipment, if I knew how many equipment for children there are, I would reduce the luggage by half (bath tub for toddlers, and everything needed for small children). The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a coffee machine. The internet is decent and even if there were times when it didn't work well, the host immediately took care of fixing the situation. In general, the host took care of us in detail and made sure that we are ok and our experience is a pleasant one - he even helped us with the service appointment for certain problems that appeared on the car, and I want to thank for that also on this channel. About the car, there is a special construction to keep the shade of the cars in the parking lot, so this is a great plus for us. Outside, everything is wonderful, the terrace is great, the grill is very good, it is gas-powered and helps a lot in quick cooking. I saw when I made the reservation several comments regarding the structure: there are two bedrooms with double bed, a children's bedroom (with a bunk bed and with a bed for newborns), two bathrooms inside (one has a shower, the other has a washing machine ). Outside there is a shower in the building and there is another bathroom with WC also in the building. By "in the building" I mean the access is from the terrace. Also outside there are 2 more outdoor showers. Advice for who wants to book: I recommend taking something for mosquitoes for when you stay outside in the evening on the terrace. Inside there is no issue as the nets are in perfect condition, but outside there are a lot of them.

The house was excellent. It has everything you need to feel like you are at home. Great location , super clean , beautiful yard. I will come back next year.

The internet connection was weak.

Every year my family spends 1-2 weeks in Greece and this is probably one of the best (if not the best) accommodations that we booked so far. The place is spacious, super clean and equipped with all amenities. In front of the house, there is a nice and well-maintained garden with a covered parking space for your car. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious: - Internet - living room - sofa and TV with STB with thousands of channels - kitchen - fully equipped with all utensils that you can imagine (typically, there is always something missing but this was not the case here). There is no dishwasher but it's not a problem - 3 bedrooms - 2 with large beds and 1 with baby crib and bunk beds, with a lot of storage space - 2 bathrooms - 1 with toilet and shower and 1 with toilet and laundry washing machine All rooms are equipped with electrically operated shades. Outside there is a huge terrace with a dining table for 6 and a "lounge" area where you can have a nice and relaxing time. Also, there is a nice "summer kitchen" with a Weber grill (gas) where you can prepare the barbecue. Next to the terrace, there is one more toilet and 2 showers (one internal and one outside). Just amazing and super cosy. You can tell that the owner really paid a lot of attention to the details i.e. there are toys for kids, toys for the beach, scuba gear etc. Besides that, in the garden, there are also swings, slides and a trampoline for the little ones. My kids had a blast. The beach in front of the house is just great - just a few steps from the house, secluded and far away from noisy bars. There is one huge parasol on the beach that you can use (fixed) but in the storage area of the home, you will also find additional smaller parasols in case you want to explore other beaches in the area. Sun beds and chairs are also available. This place really felt like a home away from home. Kudos to the owner! Giorgos, thanks a lot for the support and hospitality!

Everything was just perfect!

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Ilyos very much. Giorgos, our host is a wonderful and friendly person who made our holiday very pleasant from the first moment. He prepared a parking spot in shade for us to parked, and welcomed us with fruits and beverages. Property itself has exceeded our expectation. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Rooms are just the right size, with the beautiful view of the sea ( especially at sunrise ), comfy beds and a lot of storage space. We were staying with a little baby, and there was everything we would need; a crib, a changing mat, a bath tub. Kitchen is nicely equipped, with a brand new coffee machine and microwave. There is one full bathroom and one half bath with a washing machine inside. There are one more toilet and separate shower that are entered from the patio. There is one outdoor shower as well. We were pleasantly surprised with the number of toilets, because from the pictures we concluded that there is only one. Outdoor furniture is nice as well. There is a big table with chairs where we dined, and also a set of armchairs for 6 people to sit comfortably. Porch is big and has a great view of the sea and beach. There were also parasols and sun-beds to be used on the beach. As we stayed in a lot because of the baby, proximity of the beach and beautiful and comfortable please really made this holiday perfect.
