La casa si trova al centro di Iglesias in zona strategica per raggiungere tutte le spiagge della zona e la sera potersi muovere nella cittadina senza dover utilizzare la macchina. Oltretutto è dotata di infissi che la isolano perfettamente dai rumori esterni. Abbiamo trovato due camere da letto,ognuna dotata di bagno, arredate con molta cura e molto funzionali, con televisore e aria condizionata. La cucina con tavolo grande che permette di mangiare comodamente è accessoriata di ogni elettrodomestico in perfetto stato e dí stoviglie nuove, pentole etc corredata di aria condizionata. I proprietari ci hanno fatto trovare il necessario per poter cucinare (olio, sale, pepe, aceto etc) nonché capsule per la macchina del caffè. Inoltre ci hanno anche lasciato tutto il necessario per fare le pulizie e anche il detersivo per lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Abbiamo trovato anche un phon per camera, ferro da stiro con asse, ed il Wi-Fi che prendeva ovunque. La potenza del contatore di 6 kw permette di tenere accesi diversi elettrodomestici contemporaneamente.

L’unico neo sono i piccoli balconi

"Bel appartement"

L'emplacement direct dans le quartier avec ces restaurants. L'appartement qui est grand avec ses deux chambres et chaque chambre à sa propre salle de bains .Le propriétaire extrêmement gentil . En face de l'appartement la place oú toutes les festivités se passent. Ne pas se fier aux photos l'appartement est bien plus beau que sur les photos.

Le parking au début un peu compliqué, mais les conseils du propriétaire était précieux donc ce n'était pas très important.
