"Très bon séjour"

Nous avons aimé le calme des lieux pourtant à 10 minutes de Monopoli et l’emplacement est idéal pour se déplacer dans les différentes villes des pouilles La présence de la Climatisation est un vrai plus surtout en période de canicule

Pas de micro onde, le terrain de foot à l’abandon, la pelouse synthétique vétuste tout comme les bains de soleil L’intérieur des maisons est un peu vieillot hormis la salle de bain

"With a bit of maintenance this place could be fantastic"

The property has a lot of potential but has been let go. It needs a lot of maintenance done. The photos are not a true indication of what is there. The pool is fantastic and we spent a lot of time there. Beds were comfortable and there was air conditioning. It was quiet and there was lots of space. It is actually two totally separate houses

Lack of maintenance…. The surrounds need a lot of work. Outside showers not functioning and outside toilets not clean. All the window screens have holes in them = mosquitoes. As mentioned in every other post, the kitchen equipment offered is very poor. Cats in the laundry with kittens.
