"Wouldn't stay again unless oven and stove top are replaced"

Oven and stove top need replacing as it has a good size kitchen but if you like to cook the stove top doesn't get hot enough and turns off constantly, the oven door needs to be forced shut.

The location was amazing. Kaikoura is a beautiful place to visit an the fishing there was great.

How dirty it was . Oven was dirty the plates and knives and forks still had food on them from previous people who had stayed. The bathroom lights didn't work , the house had been only half renovated bathroom and toilet were ancient.

Located in quiet area it was clean spacious lounge, updated kitchen is good and rooms are clean and cozy. We enjoyed staying. I would stay again if I go kaikoura.

Toilet is a bit old.

Lovely sunny kitchen/dining/lounge area. Spacious bedrooms. Yes the bathroom/toilet area has yet to be renovated however it was clean. Hot shower. Nice and quiet location. Very comfy beds.

With all females staying and only the one bathroom it would be nice to have a mirror in each bedroom. Also I’d offer flyspray for the occasional spider friend that payed a visit from the bush at the back.
