A really well stocked holiday home, they have thought of everything for you. Plenty of crockery and glassware, outdoor furniture was fantastic. Front deck for morning sun, back deck for evening sun, just perfect. Views were exceptional. House is on a hill, so was great to soak in all the Kaikoura scenery. The cleanliness of the property was also much appreciated.

Great size and well-kept property. Easier to access with a car as it’s on the top of the mountain plateau. An easy downhill walk to the beach (approx 15minutes) on the coastal walking track. The property got hot in the summer heat but there is an AC on each floor which was a lovely treat. A lovely big garden with an outdoor bbq also if you were staying multiple days and had chance to use. As a large group we had 3 cars which fitted perfectly on the drive - definitely room for 2 additional cars also.

Amazing view both in the front or the back. A short walk to the beach.

Beautiful views of mountains and the sea, close to town, lovely garden & bbq area
