Messinian Monte e Mare

The location was perfect,near the beach and the centre of Kalamata. The jacuzzi was exceptional.

It wasn’t private in the yard because we were able to see the neighbours from their window.

Nice and clean, functional. Self contained and private (although on corner of busy junction)

Booking.com lists it has a hot tub with no mention of there being an extra charge, the owners messaged day before to say it would be €15 to use the hot tub. Was on a busy junction. But you can see this on google maps. When air on on can’t hear it but can when sat outside

Clean and neat house. Excellent choice if you want to be in the area of Kalamata and at the same time have relaxed vacations.

Host were exceptional

So clean and comfortable. The hosts were helpful and friendly. We slept really well and the beds were very very comfortable.

The jacuzzi was a nice add-on although you have to pay it separately. There was plenty of parking around the house. Mrs vasiliki was very very helpful

The rooms were very small and moldy. In one room there were no windows so there was no air,

Hosts and garden

Smell from moisture in the room. Small windows. Did not get informed for the possibility to use the outdoor spa over the phone. And when we asked after we came they said it is too late to prepare it now. The funny thing is that is the reason why we booked. In any case the garden was great.
