Simple keybox solution, easy to find. Lots of labels on all cupboards and walls, explaining everything is good English, showing great attention to detail and customer experience. Convenient parking lot very near. Kitchen has a lot of accessories and it feels like a real home. Overall very clean home.

The keybox is a bit old and a bit hard to open. Consider investing in a smoother one. The authentic/vintage style is cool but also means the home is a bit dark, and the rooms upstairs feel a bit empty and a bit sad. No big deal, we still slept well.

"Pleasant weekend stay"

We loved our weekend trip here. The house and parking space were very easy to find. The house was very clean and comfortable for my family. We have a baby and were very happy that the host had some baby friendly items in the house, a baby bath chair, high chair, children's utensils, children's potty seats, and some small toys. The free parking space and enoden tram is steps away from the house. You can see the enoshima candle from the first room upstairs, which was fun to see lit up at night. Would definitely stay here again!

The traffic from the main street can be very loud at night. If we were staying longer, we would have switched rooms to the back of the house for some noise protection. Black out curtains would have also been nice in the room the futons were set up in.

"Cozy stay in Koshigoe."

Very nice loation, close to very good sea-food restaurant and Koshigoe station. Totally Japanese style accomodation and we can enjoy the Futon-bed with cozy room.

no specific bad points.

close to the enoden line kamakura

check in is late 4pm. check out is 10am. and I can't leave luggage before or after my check in check out. very inconvenient. not recommended. place is hard to find since we need to wait after 4pm to check in it was dark already. air con wasn't working properly so it was chilly and cold in the room. the property has a few rooms but I think the living room is more comfortable than the bedroom.
