very clean and spacious holiday house. It was bigger than we expected. The place had everything so we could wash our clothes in the washing machine and eat breakfast in the kitchen. The area was fun and there were all kinds of things to do. We didn't meet the owner but we kept in touch thru booking messages and he was friendly and helpful. He also thought about everything when installing/decorating the house, so there were several chargers, family games, even a gatcha machine :)

The location is in a quiet seaside town that is a different vibe from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo and bigger cities. The house can accommodate a few people with many bunk beds. They provided air conditioners and hair dryers that were Dyson brand.

The home smelled bad, like stale air with a stench of mould and body odour. It was difficult to get to, there are no clearly marked streets to get there and you have to walk on an unpaved back alley to access the property. Everything in the home seemed sticky and not very clean. The surrounding areas had some restaurants, but it was a train ride away from the main tourist areas. I would not recommend this property for anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

This place ticked all the right boxes. Clean, quiet, spacious, well maintained, equipped with all we needed. Fully met our expectations. Supermarket and restaurants nearby, station about a 10 min walk.
