Seaside Villa Adam's Holiday House 2019

The location is quiet and close to the sea. The house is pretty with big terrace with sea view, and a very well equipped kitchen. The hosts are lovely people and very helpful. I recommend it for a family vacation!

Това е прекрасен дом, място където получаваш всичко необходимо за незабравима почивка на море в Гърция. Удобна локация, близо до не натоварен чист и с пясък плаж. Къщата е напълно оборудвана с всички необходими кухненски посуда и уреди. За първи път от 15 години имахме много бърз интернет. Домакините, Адам и Сула, са много любезни. Хора които рядко срещаме в нашето ежедневие. Цялото ми семейство сме много, много доволни от преживяването което получихме в Villa Adam's Holiday house.

O casă frumoasă, într-o zonă frumoasă. Grădina este micuță dar bine îngrijită, grătarul este foarte practic. Bucătăria este foarte bine utilată, frigiderul spațios. Paturilw sunt confortabile iar lenjeria este impecabilă. Plaja este aproape, o plimbare de 3 min prin livada de măslini. Există loc de parcare la umbră chiar și pentru două mașini. Gazdele sunt foarte amabileși dornice să ajute. Mulțumim sula și Adam

Nimic negativ, doar o precizare. În casă există o singură baie cu WC, cadă și duș. A doua baie este un duș exterior foarte practic dealtfel

Very cozy house with a personal touch. Secluded and quiet. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The rooms were airy and the balcony really invites you to sit there for a long time. The owners were helpful in every way. The closest beach is just a few minutes away by foot.

The mattresses were a bit hard for some of us.

A beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood, with a beautiful yard and even a chapel! The terrace has a picturesque view of the sea. The kitchen has everything you need, including a full size oven and a huge fridge. You even have a parking spot with a shade.

If I have find a negative... The bedrooms are a bit small, but nevertheless have a lot of storage.

The location is excellent, 5 minutes walking from the beach. The apartment is cozy and has everything you need. If something else is needed, the hosts are very nice and help. We received a lot of food from the host, they shared their food with us and gave us olives when we left. They are really nice people and have a wonderful garden. The apartment shows good taste and care for details of the hosts. The closest beach is quiet and not many people are around. There are sea urchins, so take water shoes. The closest shop is about 1 km away. Everything was great, my family and I had a wonderful vacation at Adam's house. Thank you, Adam and Sula, for everything!

Everything is beautiful. Adam and Sula live on the first floor, and are very generous in their hospitality. Via a large stone stairs, you reach the amazing garden and the door to the apartment. The garden has a small church and a mulberry tree that provides shadow. Also Adam and Sula are growing tomatoes, zucchini and cucumbers in their garden. 
There is a terrace surrounding the apartment. The view from apartment towards the sea is breathtaking, and there is an eating table there so you can have this view during dinner. Inside is a living area with a well-equipped kitchen. The stove and oven actually have some power so we were cooking a lot. A bench in that area can be converted into a bed for two people. There are two more bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath.

 -- The location -- The beach is about 100m from the property. We went there almost every day. There were wooden benches with an umbrella that we could use. There are very many beautifully coloured rocks on the beach. The beach was perfect for younger kids, because there are only a few local people there, so it is easy to keep an eye on them. There are other beaches 4 and 10km away which are more for tourists. There are also bars and restaurants there. The beaches have more sand and less stones. But we preferred our beach at walking distance. We think it is necessary to have a car to do shopping. The supermarket we used (Κάντζας ΑΕΒΕ) is about 4km away. Ta Tsilika seaside restaurant is walking distance away and was very enjoyable. The people there took good care of us.

 On the route to the supermarket is a bakery (Chrysanthidis) that makes fresh bread everyday. Adam’s holiday house is really something special. We've never experienced something like it anywhere before. If you want a beautiful, relaxing, family-friendly place, we cannot recommend it highly enough!

Beautiful house, the 270 degree terrace is a blessing! All the watm water you'd need, huge fridge, and a fully furnished kitchen. A very well maintained garden at the back, AC, ceiling fan. The hosts were welcoming, friendly, readily pointed out all the good food and beach spots.

I am just sorry we couldn't stay longer. Also, that we forgot the water shoes.
