เป็นส่วนตัว เหมาะสำหรับครอบครัว มีที่นั่งทานอาหาร มีครัวสำหรับทำอาหารเล็กๆน้อยๆ มีที่ปิ้งย่าง มีจานชามให้ครบ ห้องน้ำแยกกับห้องอาบน้ำ มีทั้ง2ชั้น มีที่นั่งรับชมวิวตรงดาดฟ้าชั้น 2

เตียงอาจจะแข็งไปหน่อย คนแก่ไม่ค่อยชอบ ผ้าขนหนูค่อนข้างแข็ง อยากให้ใช้น้ำยาปรับผ้านุ่มด้วย
