Comfortable bungalow, clean, all mod cons, big garden, everything worked well. Host was very friendly & responded quickly.

The location was braw, close to everything. A good central position to explore the islands. Can't say anything bad about it.

Had to leave and go home.

Nice, practical and clean little house. Very calm neighbourhood, nevertheless short walk to the centre (less than 10 mins). Attentive and responsive host.

Evelyn was the most wonderful host. We had supplies to make breakfast provided after our late ferry arrival. And then when my mum took ill and ended up in hospital, followed by my daughter taking ill, Evelyn was the most supportive, helpful host we could have asked for. Really went the extra mile. The house itself is beautiful. Really cosy and comfortable, with everything you need for a break. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

Nothing at all

House just a short distance away from the main high street and town of Kirkwall. Had never been to Orkney before so wasn't sure what to expect but loved it and having a house with garden, parking and a very well equipped kitchen for cooking in was great. rooms were of a good size and the main sitting room had plenty comfy seating felt homely and not to utilitarian like some rental properties can be.

Beds were comfortable but not as soft as some of our party would have liked.

The hosts were very nice to deal with and responsive. .cental location, good for touring and very handy with the main street. Nothing was an issue. I will want to come back in 2026.
