Number SIX house for up to 5 guests with 2 bedrooms

1 Key between 5 adults. Not suitable for 5 adults. Single bed very uncomfortable. Could not get tv to work. Only 1 tv which was in room where 3 people were sleeping. Sink in bathroom broken.

Really good place near the pier and close to all the shops and restaurants.The place was spotless and really well decorated. Most enjoyable.

Not far from the Pier and not far from restaurants and beach. The place is a standard thai Terraced house. Good if you need some Xtra space.

We didn't expected a 5star BUT The place needs to have a check up. -tv remote didn't work propper. -TV box didn't work at all. -the AC in the living room was noisy so had to switch off doing the night or when we needed to rest our ears. -bathroom/toilet, needs work done! . Zink was on its way out of the wall. Toilet seat was way smaller then the toilet. The ass washer holder was hanging loose and day 2 felt of. The shower head and holder wasn't a match, so had to hold it in one hand when showering. A 80x80cm piece of the seiling was missing. In the end of the day it was simple things that would take less then 1 hour to fix. So it seams like renter just thinking about the money. Sorry to say! There is some noise doing early mornings (5-6am) if sleeping in living room.

There are a few things which have to be fixed: - bad sewage. The water doesn’t go down right away when showering, the floor gets flooded within 2 minutes. - the door should have a working keyhole for the key. Instead, the keyhole is broken and the door is locked with a PADLOCK. We were two couples in the house. When one person or a couple wanted to go somewhere early in the morning (in our case it was 4-7 am), there were only 3 options: 1) lock the door from outside with a padlock but other 2-3 people would have to wait inside for the person to come back and unlock the padlock. 2) wake up the people to lock the door from inside (that’s 4-7 in the morning in our case). 3) leave the house open and allow others to sleep. But it was unsafe as the owner warned us of burglary which happened to his previous guests in that house because they left the house open. We reported about this inconvenience to the owner and asked to fix the keyhole. The owner told us he was not going to fix the keyhole because all his houses had padlocks and that’s how they were locking all the doors. And said, after all, his property was not a hotel. So he was not responsive to this issue. Then, we asked him to fix the sewage. He said, that probably the sand got stuck in the sewage. We checked it together and there was no sand stuck as we were washing the sand off in the beach resorts. After that he said that he was not going to fix the sewage and we didn’t like it the way it was, we could find another hotel, check out and get a refund from him. That was his way of dealing with problems of his property. And there was also a problem with an aircon rattling at night from ice stuck in it, but he fixed it the next morning, so that was okay. The services are okay for the price segment of this accommodation. However I do not recommend this accommodation because of the poor maintenance of the place by the owner and his attitude to his guests.

Place is not as you see to pictures When I reach at the place there was no staff at the property to deal with guests. I booked two rooms but there Was only one bed room . I request to booking.com for the cancellation of my booking but the owner of the place also didn’t refund me . This all make me very tired I make near place another bookings and also this was so bad person
