DEEin tolles Haus in super Lage. Morgens Sonne vor dem Haus, am Nachmittag Sonne im Garten. Beide Schlafzimmer hatten ein Bad mit Dusche. Alles sehr sauber. Netflix vorhanden. Ein kleiner Supermarkt um die Ecke. 5 min zum Strand/Hafen. Vor dem Haus ist eine Wiese wo ab und zu Schafe und Katzen zu Besuch kamen :-) Die Gastgeber haben uns am Haus erwartet und alles gezeigt. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos. Wir haben Wasser und Süsses für die Kids als Willkommensgruß erhalten. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen und würde nochmal buchen.

HUGood location, clean, well equipped, close to the beach and other facilities. The owner welcomed us with wine, croissants and some things in the fridge. There was a cleaning service once during our stay. Recommended.
ITLa casa è spaziosa e dotata di tutto il necessario, arredata in modo pratico e funzionale. Ha un bellissimo portico posteriore ben ventilato , che abbiamo utilizzato sempre anche con il caldo di agosto . Letti comodi e stanze silenziose. Aria condizionata nelle camere e in soggiorno. I serramenti hanno le zanzariere anche se noi non abbiamo trovato zanzare. Kolymbia è una piccola cittadina ben posizionata per chi vuole visitare l'isola. La casa è vicinissima al centro , a negozi e ristoranti. Volendo si raggiunge a piedi la spiaggia attrezzata in dieci minuti. Nikolas e Maria sono stati gentilissimi. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato in frigo acqua fresca , frutta, pane, formaggio. A metà soggiorno hanno pulito la casa , cambiato lenzuola e asciugamani e rifornito di buonissima uva. Ci hanno fornito tutte le indicazioni per orientarci e sono stati molto disponibili anche se in realtà non abbiamo avuto bisogno di nulla in più .

TRNikolas and Maria were excellent hosts who did everything possible to make us feel at home. Our stay was truly excellent. The house is fully equipped, featuring a complete kitchen with all necessary utensils. It's located just a 5-minute walk from restaurants and shops, yet situated in a peaceful area. It’s also very close to some of the island’s best beaches and away from the more crowded spots in the north. Renting a car is highly recommended for exploring different parts of the island. If we visit Rhodes again, we would absolutely love to stay here once more!

DEAlles bestens. Gerne wieder. Zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig. Wenige Minuten zu den Stränden, Restaurants und Geschäften. Guter Ausgangspunkt um die Insel zu erkunden. Sehr nette Gastgeber!
HUNicolas, the owner was amazing. The accommodation was clean, nice and tidy. The location was excellent, close to restaurants, food stores and beaches as well. Higly recommended 👍
SKIf you are thinking about visiting Rodos and booking this house - think no more! You will not find a better place to enjoy the island from. This house is the most amazing accommodation we have ever experienced! Maria and Nicolas were very welcoming, they greeted us with a fridge full of groceries for breakfast, as well as bottles of water and some local wine. The house is new, fully equipped with everything you might need - and much more. The front terrace is amazing for evening games and it even has a grill. The beds are very comfortable, each bedroom has its own bathroom so that is a major plus when traveling in a group. Also, Maria came to clean the house twice during our stay, each time after writing to us and asking when it is suitable for us. And the cherry on top was when they asked us when our departure was and offered us to stay as long as we needed (our flight was in the evening) for free, without us even asking for a later check out! Truly amazing experience, we will definitely recommend this house to all of our friends and will happily return in the future! The generosity and kindness of Maria and Nicolas is hard to find, they helped to make our holiday experience unforgettable, a huge thank you to both of them :)!
