"Great choice for the area"

Really large property in a small residential town. There is a good grocery store about 100m walk down the road. The owner's mother (if I remember correctly) lives across the road, and was very friendly and helpful. Really an excellent option for the area. Air conditioning worked well, and the place as a whole was very comfortable.

The kitchen was quite small, so it would be a challenge to do significant cooking.
