GBExceptionally clean and tidy. Lovely welcome hamper and dog treats. Everything you could need in the kitchen, utensils, oven, toaster, pots and pans etc. Very warm. Lots of blankets and heaters were great. Wi-Fi was great, able to work and join Teams calls no problems. TV with free view and apps. Great location for exploring Cornwall.
That we had to leave! Not a negative but could do with an outside light of some description as it gets very dark!

GBGBI honestly loved everything about this beautiful property. It was so cosy and clean and the location was amazing as it was lovely and quite and tucked away. Me and my family loved every minute here and the beds were so comfy. We will definitely be booking again.
The only thing I would say is with 2 young children it would of been ideal if there was a washing machine as the trips to the beach creates alot of Wasing. Apart from that it was perfect.
GBPark was lovely and quiet with just the sounds of the adjacent streams early in the mornings Park owner/Groundsman is a lovely chap and was most helpful Park is nicely kept, clean and tidy Owners sent all relevant info nice and early and met us there with the keys. There is a Lock box but we were early so they were still cleaning. Nice informative booklet inside giving recommendations for days out etc
As we were there a week, could have really used a hoover as the place got quite messy having 2 young children, looking around, I don't think it has had a good deep clean in a while but it was surface clean, just more obvious if you look under sofas and beds that it needs a deeper clean. Front door lock was an effort to close so we used the rear door instead. No biggy. It had free WiFi on site but was so slow...Guessing it uses a SIM rather than wired internet but unsure. Phone signal for both EE and o2 was next to useless there. Roads into this park get very narrow like a lot of Cornwall so a steady approach is recommended on the road into the entrance and onto the park itself Bedroom TV in double room does not seem to work?
GBNice and quiet location, simple check in, roomy, had everything one might need, from all the kitchenware to travel cot for our baby. The welcome pack was a really nice gesture!
I think we were an exception given other reviews people left, but the floor and carpets were not in a decent shape, i think it was forgotten to be cleaned. It would be a nice addition to have a bucket for food waste.
GBLoved are stay from the minute we arrived to the minute we left only down side was a leak outside the property so the shower had no pressure but that didn't stop us
