the reservation was confirmed 2 days before we arrived. when we arrived (within checkin time) everything was closed. we called the owner, but he told us that the property is not ready and he cannot accommodate us. I called to booking.com but they didn’t help, didn’t not compensate anything, just suggest to go to another hotel in 60km from the original place. we were tired after hiking at night in the middle of nowhere without any place to sleep. we loose 2 hours and got cold and have to pay for expensive taxi to get us to another place.
