Three Bedroom Country House

We really enjoyed our stay at the country house. It is well equiped for what one needs for comfortable stay and relaxing holiday. The owner Kostas is very helpful and cares about his guests a lot.

Dans les salles de bain, il faudrait mettre un rideau de douche dans la baignoire et changer la paroi de douche qui ne descend pas jusqu’en bas dans l’autre.

The house is very discreet and quiet, 5mins from the nearest beach. We had the house and a whole garden to ourselves for the kids to play around while we were relaxing at the veranda. This is highly recommended if you are on a budget and comfortable with a simple house in the country side but that still has all the basic amenities to spend your holidays!

The access by car was difficult because the road to the house is narrow but there is plenty of parking around and absolutely safe if you have a big car that you find difficult to maneuveur. Fortunately we have a small car! Some of the furniture and equipment may need an upgrade but everything was clean and well maintained and the standards were well above what we paid for. In any case it is exactly what you see in the pictures.

Cisza i spokój. Bardzo ustronne miejsce. Budziły nas koguty, pilnował nocą pies, który szczekał. Przyjemna chatka na działce.

Samochód był większy i nie dało się wjechać na posesję. Stał na jakiejś działce przy drodze. W domu wieczorami buszował po stryszku jakiś zwierzak, którego obszczekiwał pies sąsiadów prawie przez całą noc. Obie łazienki są do remontu - w jednej woda prysznica zalewała całą podłogę, a w drugiej sedes się ruszał, a spłuczka do niego była nieszczelna i leciało na podłogę. W kuchni siedziska na ławach były brudne, zaplamione. W pokoju telewizyjnym fotele chyba pamiętają wojnę, siedziska wypadały.

Nessuna colpa della proprietà ma l' ingresso auto è davvero stretto difficilmente si potrebbe entrare con una familiare. La doccia non è stata montata correttamente e l'acqua di una parete anziché scaricare nel piatto scarica all' esterno con il risultato che si allaga il bagno

The location and the place was as expected, a cute country house just 5 mins walk from the nearest beach. We had a wonderful relaxing time and the owner was very helpful in answering all our questions. We highly recommend it to travellers with family for a discreet quiet place with a big garden within a walking distance from the beach. The price is also great for the value we got.

It is not a matter of not liking but a matter of expectations. The property is exactly as you see in the photos and as described but one must have in mind: Besides the beach which was within walking distance, you do need a car for everything else. The apartment has all the amenities described that perfectly work but it is a country house, not a luxury city apartment. The garden is big for the kids or dog to play and there is a mini basketball court as depicted in the photos. But there is no elaborate landscaping with green grass all year round. It is more of a simple natural garden, well cleaned and maintained.

Great and well equipped house. Exactly as shown in the photos. Especially the large veranda and the garden are fantastic. Each room has an air conditioning which can also be used as heating. The host is very friendly and makes every effort to make you feel at home. The accommodation is just a few minutes from the sea.

The entrance to the accommodation's parking lot is very narrow and is more suitable for smaller cars.

A very quiet place with nice garden and surroundigs Perfect terrace for having breakfast in the sun. Kitchen is full equiped , matrimonial bedroom very spacious with private bathroom.
