PISCINA is closed from Tue 01 Oct 2024 until Sun 01 Jun 2025 A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. As established by the current regulations of the Junta de Andalucía (Decree-Law 2/2024 of 29 January) and in compliance with the Special Drought Plan of the Demarcación Hidrográfica de las Cuencas Mediterráneas Andaluzas (DHCMA), the use of swimming pools and similar facilities has been temporarily prohibited until further notice. We inform you that it is mandatory to pay the full amount of the deposit before the check-in date. Failure to pay the deposit in full by the check-in date will result in your reservation being considered non-refundable, and you will not be granted access to the property. In addition, it is a requirement to present a photograph of the identification documents (ID) of all guests who will be staying at the property.

"Pleasant Stay"

Good value for money & a clean house.

Upstairs especially was a little tired & dated. When we arrived the towels provided were still wet. Location good but you need a car or have to Uber as nothing in walking distance.

Disgusting…. Dirty …. Mold …. Bugs…. Vile smells in the cupboards… discoloured towels … dirty dishes … No cleaning supplies 🤮🤮🤮🤮

"Great stay, great host, would love to come again."

The location, the decor, the pool and facilities everything you needed was there for cooking etc, fridge freezer was amazing. 8-12 euro cab to banus less than 10 mins away, hard to beat!

You have salt labelled as sugar in the cupboard- made for a confusing coffee, I think it would help if you left sugar salt and pepper- and the coffee we left behind!

"June Stay"

The house was very spacious and clean. The complex was very quiet. The property is well equipped.

The location was not ideal for our family. In my opinion, hiring a car is essential, otherwise you would need a taxi to go shops, restaurants ect. As we did not, we checked out early and moved to a hotel, which was an expense we didn't anticipate. Also worth mentioning that there is nowhere to store luggage, so you need to ensure your flights coincide with the 3pm check-in and 10am check out. We had to ring the host, and we received conflicting information than I had received via messages on booking.com. Had to ask them to also not speak to me rudely...

Spacious apartment, clean and good location close to facilities and centers of f interests (Benahavís, San Pedro, Puerto Banus and Marbella)

Cutlery and dishes were not enough, mattresses weren't that good
