No instructions for the washing machine/dryer.

It was lovely clean and comfortable

I thought it was at harbour so was disappointed

It was a great house with everything you needed. The bedrooms were very good and beds comfy and very handy having a smart TV to watch in the evenings with most streaming channels available.

The freezer did not keep food frozen but it wasn't a big deal.

Great location on Hadrians wall cycle route. Great value.

Sofa bed looked a little past it's best but we didn't need to use this, so 4 of us had a comfy stay.

Parking difficult, some of the oven trays were not clean.

Lovely little house right in the middle of the town. Clean had everything you needed apart from a hand or tea towel for the kitchen. Had a bit of a nightmare with the TV in living room but messaged the Host and after a few msgs and not been able to resolve the issue he came to the property and sorted it. Unfortunately had the same problem with the TV in the bedroom but didn't bother messaging host as was only staying another night. There was no information how to use things such as TV, oven,fire or heating think there needed to be some information left. Also needs clear information about Parking as on booking.com it states there is on street parking but it is limited. Having parked the car outside the house because there was space and we were lead to believe we could. We went outside to pack up the car and had a parking fine. Not a good end to our little break. Absolutely spoilt the weekend. Ended up having to pay the fine even tho we was lead to believe the house had a permit and we was fine to park outside it. Do Not Park Directly outside the House.
