This house is amazing! Beautiful views from every window, well-stocked kitchen, great outdoor dining space, and room to spread out inside. Eva was a terrific host and we loved every minute of our stay. Hope to make it back here sometime soon!

Spotlessly clean house with everything you need. Lovely to relax in the garden or lounge. Fantastic views and quiet location with comfortable beds. Eva is a great host

Only one small issue. Aircon was very noisy in the bedrooms so we couldn't use during the night but everything else was perfect.

Nothing…everything was perfect

The house exceeded all expectations! 3 spacious bedrooms and a children's room. Inside the house there is everything you can imagine, there are enough dishes for a wedding, there are electrical appliances and everything you need for a barbecue. There were also many board games and toys for the child. We arrived late and the hostess immediately showed us where the nanny radio was located. Eva is a wonderful landlord, everything was at the highest level. It was clean and tidy. I'll come back here again!

i had an incredible stay at this villa! From the moment I arrived, the host’s hospitality and professionalism was outstanding. The entire house was immaculate, the amenities top-notch and the view was exceptional. This house truly exceeded my expectations, making it a memorable and luxurious getaway.

Absolutely exceptional, above and beyond our expectations. Eva was so kind to help us out with early check in and even transportation for part of our group as our travel plans were disrupted by a delayed flight. The house was perfect for our needs and it is clear Eva puts so much thought into making sure you have everything you need to feel at home. There were toys, a highchair, baby cot/crib, and even a toddler toilet seat attachment (among many other things for kids in the house). We were able to enjoy the hike to La Crocetta directly from the apartment twice. We loved the view, the kitchen, and the space that the four bedrooms gave us. If we are ever back in the Lake Como area, we would definitely stay here again.

The house was clean, very modern and comfortable. Secure parking. Lovely secure garden. The kitchen had everything you could need and then some. We will not hesitate to come back!

We would recommend having a car as it is slightly out of Menaggio and up a hill - which makes for beautiful views.
