Gray Cloud Townhomes

It was a great location. The unit was very clean. It had everything we needed to make our stay nice.

I am only 5 foot one and the bed in the master bedroom is very high. I had to use a small stepstool to get on the bed.

The house was great for our needs. We needed to be close to our restaurant in Meridian. It was a short 10 minute drive.

The carpet was very worn and had several stains. But we were not in the house that much so it was ok. I also was not to happy with not being able to have a late check out. We were at this house for 24 days and needed a little more time to check out in the morning. 10:00am is pretty early. We were offered a courtesy of 30 minutes, big deal. For the amount of money we spent they could have been more accommodating.

The home was clean and cared for, with a private fenced yard. Minor things like a limited supply of toilet paper, two women for a week need more than an extra roll. We weren't aware the area had hard water and suffered some gastric distress, which made the lack of TP worse. The couches sit low and I needed a foot stool for comfort, so I bought a couple to elevate my feet and relax and ended up leaving them there. The staff, via email and text appeared attentive before our arrival, but didn't respond when I requested a shower chair for my traveling companion. We didn't hear from them till we left. Then my phone heats up with accusations of an unauthorized dog, among other complaints. I had notified them we were bringing a small pup, and sent a screen shot of the email, which seemed to clear things up. All in all it was a good location for our needs, visiting our friend, but the management appeared to be looking for issues to charge me for. Not sure if I would stay there again.

Pillows! Definitely needs better Pillows!

Place was very clean when we arrived and space worked well for our stay. We're enjoyed the backyard and so did our dog! Also really appreciated the utensils and cookware that were provided.
