A lovely home , our family loved staying there, all functioning and comfortable

It is very far from a large supermarket, when one comes to a remote location things like having oil for cooking or simple instant coffee are important, as these are not readily available in a next door store, and would have been much appreciated , as usually such are available (or a warning none will be there), we loved staying there, just important to know all needs to be brought along in advance I also asked the host to have phone number for text/whatsapp in case of problems upon arrival, as we came in a day with a storm and was not confidant there wont be problems getting into the house. The host said that is not possible, only via booking , which it would be nice if that changed for other travelers in the future

"Splendid cottage with all the necessary appointments"

Gorgeous location with lovely views! The cottage is very comfortable and well equipped for families. We had a family reunion with relatives from the USA and they were charmed with it. We found the location to be quite beautiful and quiet, and a good base for us to explore the island. I highly recommend this cottage!

"Nice secluded clean property"

Clean house. Kitchen had all the essentials. Very pretty and quiet part of Skye

It is very remotely located. The road to the property takes half an hour to get past as it is a single track with dual way traffic.
