"Perfect get away"

Outstanding Value for Money, the cottage is the perfect "get away from it all" location. The cottage was spotlessly tidy and well appointed. The surroundings are stunning and the dark skies at night were anazing. We happily spent 4 nights.

There was nothing not to like, we genuinely could not fault the place.

Lovely little cottage, beautiful surroundings, well-kept pretty front garden area, friendly cat and dogs as neighbours. Clean and comfortable. Fan was provided as it was a very hot weekend, weatherwise. Small but spacious. All amenities provided. Not far to local pubs for food. All in all, it was a very nice weekend and would stay again. There are lots of places to visit nearby, including CADW sites.

"A peaceful, well equipped stay in good location near to the Tintern Abby."

The location is a bit tricky to find but the instructions sent to us were very clear so not a problem. A very peaceful place with plenty of room to relax. Great facility for self catering if required.

"Charming, picture perfect accommodation with may thoughtful extras"

Precisely as described, a very charming cottage. Secluded but within easy reach of Tintern. It was a perfect stay and I wish I had been able to stay longer. Absolute bargain of a price. Gorgeous garden and very lovely host who had taken the time to add lots of thoughtful extras. Would highly recommend for a perfect peaceful getaway.

"Our best stay in Europe"

This cottage was an easy 11/10. The local bar was so charming. We believe this was the quietest stay we've ever had. We didn't meet the dogs, but we spent some time with the horses. Just an overall exceptional stay.

Probably user error, but we couldn't figure out locking the doors. Not a big issue since we felt safe enough without needing locks.
