Gorgeous apartment, freshly renovated with great character, in an amazing location. Very comfortable bed.

A stunning harbour view and great location for exploring Monopoli were a highlight of the property. The spacious apartment catered well for 2 couples with 2 bathrooms and cooking facilities. Andrea was great with communicating checkin details and provided lots of recommendations for dining and experiences.

Address given directed us to the wrong side of the property

The AC to the entire apartment went out around midnight. Opening the windows for a breeze wasn't possible because of how loud it was outside. Unsure most travelers would be looking for this, but part of why we booked this place was because we're a family traveling and wanted to be able to do laundry. There was a washing machine, but it didn't clean the clothes.

Great quiet location only a short walk to the main area. Air conditioning worked well. The owners allowed us to check in 2 hours early which was kind.

The washing machine didn’t spin or wash properly. We informed the owner but it wasn’t repaired during our stay. As a family of 5 we really needed a working washing machine. We always choose to stay at places with washing machines as we travel light. The kitchen lacked cutting knives and there were no bowls. Plastic take away bowls were provided which isn’t environmentally friendly . Supplying cutting knives and proper bowls is needed.

We loved the location overlooking the harbor and the old port. The apartment is so close to excellent restaurants, shops, centro storico, and the beach. It is right next to the castle! The apartment is much bigger than we expected, and had all the amenities for our family of 4 (2 adults/2 children) to be comfortable. 2 private bedrooms and 2 baths were very nice to have. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Instructions of how to use the washing machine would be very helpful. There was a layer of dust on the second floor, but we think it's from the ceiling. Small areas of the ceiling were crumbling and we needed to wipe the counters and sweep the floors a couple of times during our stay. It wasn't a big problem.
