Great location near to the railway station and main attractions of Monopoli. The place has a nice terrace and decorated very chic.

The shower cabin is very small and unconfortable. The communication with the host was easy but superficial. We went in March and there were some rainy and windy days with low temperatures. The only problem was that they controlled the heating through an app on their phone and we had no control on it. When we informed them about us feeling cold they told us that is because the Ucrainean war and gas restrictions in Italy, while she opened the app from her phone and started the heating with us next to her.

Pietro and his team is absolutely amazing! They picked us up from the train station and showed us around the apartment. There was a refrigerator full of beverages and everything was so nice and spacious.

There wasn’t anything to dislike. We sincerely enjoyed our stay here. Pietro was amazing and super helpful during our entire stay.
