"Suite in the old town of Monopoli...some good some bad"

Great location right in the old town. Private roof terrace gave a nice option to relax in the sun. Very tastefully renovated.

Only really a few niggles. The kitchen was very sparse. Very basic items and only two wine glasses and two small water glasses? No beer glasses. The very bare minimum provided. No salt and pepper, no oil and vinegar...in Italy...really. A few sachets of body wash....no provision of bottles of body wash, shampoo, conditioner, body cream. The terrace was absolutely filthy, covered in pigeon poop. Had to keep sweeping it away....this is a serious health hazard. The rooftop furniture was of poor quality and needs replaced. Just open webbing no cushions and incredibly no sunbeds or anything to lie on. This needs addressed. For the premium rate being charged very disappointed here.
