The house was a lovely size,super clean and had every facility we could want, the hosts met us on arrival and took us to the property which is in the heart of the old town near to all restaurants, bars, ice-cream shops etc. and very close to the sea,they were extremely welcoming and went out of their way to help us in every aspect on our trip and were really good at comunicating with prompt responses if we needed anything or had any questions regarding where to go etc..they had even left some delicious Italian biscuits for us,😍honestly I could not think of a better place to recommend a stay with family or friends, I went with my 2 children and my mother, we all loved it and were very happy,we are already planning a return trip next year, Superb 😊😊🥰

I would recommend this place to anyone who comes to Monopoli because it’s located in the old town near the main beaches, it has everything that you might need to, the host is fantastic and helped as a lot giving much precious information about the town and keeping in touch throughout all the stay, the furniture and equipment is all new.

Nothing to dislike, the only thing to improve is the temperature stabiliser of water in the shower

Our stay at Domus Chiara was perfect. Samanta & her husband kindly collected us from the station as we arrived late at night. There was a treat waiting for us on arrival. The apartment was spotless, directly in the beautiful historical centre of Monopoli with plenty of space and a lovely balcony for wine at night :) Samanta was a great host, always checking in with us to see we were okay and even gave us a gift when we were leaving & let us check out late. Highly recommend & will definitely be staying here again if I return to Monopoli :)

The location of the property was excellent.It is in a quiet part of the city center few steps from the restaurants and beach.The flat was very big,much bigger than it seems on the pictures.

It was in a strict city centre, spacious apartment with a living room which is a huge plus. Landlords were really helpful and easy to contact. Well equipped place with microwave oven and washing machine.

There was nothing we could be picky about.

I like the way in which the owners met me on arrival and made me feel most welcome. They left me a lovely welcome pack to enjoy. The accommodation is spacious and in a great location within the old town and yet quiet and peaceful. The small beach is just a few yards away. The accom was well equipped and very comfortable. I look forward to returning next year.

Perfect location in the middle of the old town, 5 steps from the sea, a lot of space, new equipment, great host, everything is simple and clear
