Wie auf den Fotos, stilvoll renoviertes Haus aus 1900 mitten im Zentrum von Monopoli. Sehr gute Lage. Kleine aber sehr feine Dach Terrasse mit fantastischem Blick auf den beleuchteten Kirchturm. Es hat uns nichts gefehlt

Appartamento su più piani con splendida terrazza sui tetti di Monopoli. Le scale interne non sono facili perché ripide e strette ma per una famiglia con genitori e ragazzi giovani è puro divertimento e così si vive le case e la vita di una volta. Fabiana ha fatto il possibile per rendere il nostro soggiorno più gradevole possibile. La spiaggia vicina era chiusa per lavori ma con delle belle camminate si può raggiungere altre calette.
Mancava una cavatappi per bere stappare una bottiglia sulla splendida terrazza. Abbiamo chiesto al bar vicino a casa. Tutti molto gentili.

It was very clean and the owner had thought of all necessary things to make the stay enjoyable
All the different levels were not ideal. Kitchen area on ground floor very low ceilings in places. Bathroom on the 1st floor, bedroom on 2nd floor, another bedroom on 3rd floor, terrace on 4th floor. Lots of stairs. No sofa or lounge area to relax in. Very inconsiderate noisy guests next door, not our house owners fault, but we could hear them speaking and children running around late at night so we were woken up.

Fabiana is a most wonderful hostess. The premises are the best I ve ever stayed in through booking so far: upon entering the house everything smells so nice and clean; the decoration is tasteful and modern. We felt really good, and it was comforting as our flight to Bari was delayed and we arrived very late. Despite this delay Fabiana arranged the check in via key box for us that went also smoothly. The location is fantastic in the old town very close to the sea and surrounded by restaurants and bars.
Nothing it is above perfect. We simply loved it. It is even better than any picture can describe. The terrace is wonderful to chill on in the evening or for morning meditation.
