There were so many things to like that I don't know where to begin - the welcome and assistance offered by the host who met us at a parking lot and drove us and our luggage to the apartment, the spaciousness and decor of the apartment, the fact that the kitchen was stocked with breakfast and other tasty items, the comfortable beds and furniture, the location of the apartment in an absolutely beautiful area of Lecce - it was a fabulous place to stay. I wish we could have stayed longer!

The location is good and the house is well decorated and comfortable. The rooftop deck is a good spot to relax with a bottle of wine in the evening, The clothes washing and drying facilities were good for our length of stay.

The fifty seven steps to get from the living area to the top level are off-putting and the steps are quite steep and narrow, The property is more suited to younger more agile people. Car parking is a big issue and there must be better options than paying 30Euro per day in the car-park almost a kilometre from the property however our host could not offer any better alternative. Much better not to have a car in Monopoli but then visiting the surroundings is not possible. It would be good if there was a service available to take guests and their luggage in and out of the old town.

The location was perfect.

Loved the property suited us perfectly however would be difficult for taller people or knee hip injuries to manoeuvre shower and stairs.

Everything! Perfect location, had everything we needed. Quick to answer questions. I would definitely stay here again.

The location, the cleanliness

This is a beautiful property spread over five levels (two outside). We were met by a friend of the host, given a short tour of the property and given the keys. The whole accommodation was very well equipped (for example, both AC units and ceiling fans in the bedrooms) and everywhere was spotlessly clean. The location in a quiet cul-de-sac was perfect but the house was also very close to both the sea and the town. We were fortunate enough to be able to still use the upper terrace for meals in October - there were lots of aerials around but the sea was visible from one side and the dome of the cathedral from the other. Larger people might find the showers a bit tricky to use as they are snug, and those with mobility issues would find the steep stairs a challenge.

A toaster and microwave would be great additions.

We were in CASA COLIBRI for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay very much. The house was very cozy. Everything was perfect - location of the house in the historic center, equipment of the house, wifi connection, terrace on the roof........ Communication with the owner and the ladies from the agency was perfect.
