The apartment’s location is excellent, right in the old town, close to the sea, restaurants, and bars. It’s set in a traditional building typical of the area and has everything you need for a comfortable stay of a few days. The host’s thoughtful gesture of leaving us a bottle of wine and a small snack was a lovely touch that made us feel very welcome.

Unfortunately, the cleaning was done rather superficially. While the bed linen and towels were clean, the floors were quite dirty. In the bathroom, it seemed as though they had only run a mop over the floor and nothing more. Another disappointing aspect was the internet quality, which barely worked at all.

Чудове місцеположення! Дуже близько до моря, буквально 5 кроків до точки з приємним персоналом і смачним аперолем(який, до речі, коштує всього 5€). Власник завжди на зв’язку, Допомогає вирішувати всі побутові питання.

В цілому все добре, було пару некомфортних моментів які не залежать від власника. Wi-Fi працює добре, але інколи нестабільно, в цілому якщо ви їдете не для роботи, то все чудово. А також пару днів підряд вивозили сміття із закладу поруч о 4:30(гучно висипали скло з бака в авто). У всьому іншому чудове місце і чудовий відпочинок у Монополі

Location. It was nice to receive a little welcoming basket with a bottle of wine and taralli.

I found 2 large roaches in the kitchen and by the entrance door. The WiFi didn’t work.

Great location in Monopoli old town. Staff were super friendly and provided restaurant, bar and beach recommendations. Washing machine was super handy with a small terrace balcony to hang everything to dry. Coffee and a bottle of wine was supplied in the room. We parked our car near the port and was a short 5-10mins stroll to the accommodation.

Shower was a little small but fine enough.

Lack of kitchen utensils . Unit was tiny much smaller than photos. Inside ZTL, so parking was Very difficult. Shower is tiny .

Excellent location and had everything you needed for the stay

The location was amazing and the property clean and had an authentic feel.

Not really a complaint, but the television was not a smart tv. If you don’t speak Italian, it was useless. BUT there is so much to do in Monopoli I didn’t feel I missed tv too much

The location is perfect, the apartment very well equipped and clean, very comfortable. The communication with Giuseppe was very easy, he welcomed us warmly, gave us helpful recommendations. We found a welcome present with Apulian products on the table. We highly recommend this host.
