Giusi and Roberto were very accommodating days prior to arriving. They made it easy for my family to get to the apartment and were available to us whenever we needed. The apartment itself was very clean, comfortable and in the perfect location. It made our time in Monopoli very enjoyable. Grazie mille Giusi e Roberto

Our host Giusi was amazing, available at all times with suggestions and advice. Fantastic lady. The accommodation was immaculate. It had everything from suncream to detergents. Great location!

Excellent location, less than 200m walk to a beach, 5min walk to a bakery, coffe shop and restaurants, 5-10min walk to supermarkets Excellent hosts, they picked us up and dropped us off to the train station. The apartment is very big and has everything a family needs, including a great big terrace, some beach toys, beach umbrella and chairs. Very quiet and peaceful area.

Only a couple of small extra things would be useful: an oven tray, a step for the children to use the toilet and sink, a shopping bag with wheels to carry heavy bags.

Everything was perfect! The apartment had everything you may need, huge terrace is a big advantage. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The old town and beaches are 5-10 minutes away on foot. Would definitely recommend it to everybody going to Monopoli!

Spacious, clean, everything provided, quiet neighbourhood. Very short walk to best beach, restaurant and bar, historic centre an easy walk.

Really good base for family exploration of the region.

Very well equipped (washing machine, iron, microwave, air conditioning etc), spacious apartament, located only 100 m from the nearest beach, with a big terrace. Nearby there are big markests as well as small shops, and city centre (old town) - in a 10-minute walk distance. It is a great choice for a short and long stay. The owner was available in case of any question/problems on Whatsapp - she is a very nice and helpful person! Wifi works very good!

This property was really good - we used it as a couple but it would make a great family base for exploring the area. It is a full apartment with a kitchen. We appreciated the large enclosed private outdoor space to sit in the evening with our meal and to dry our swim gear - there is no view as such (it is as per photos) but it was relaxing. Very close to local beaches, short walk to city centre and shops. We had a warm welcome from the host and Google Translate was used well!
