The host Manuela was extremely nice and helpful. The accomodation was very cosy and we really enjoyed the swimming pool and the veranda for our breakfasts. The location is very close to Monopoli (5-10 min by car) and at walking distance from the beach. It is also a very good starting point to visit the all area.

The location was perfect. Nice swimming pool and very close to good beaches, Monopoli centre and polignano a mare. Communication with Manuela went very well and everything was clear.

The apartment is a basement conversion of a private villa. It feels very private, has all the equipment you would expect from self-catering accommodation. The highlight is the outdoor space: use of the pool, which is a generous size, areas of the garden reserved for guests including outdoor dining area and BBQ. There are public beaches within walking distance (we drove because we didn't fancy walking back in the heat), also plenty of private beaches to choose from. Monopoli is a 10 minute drive with restaurants, shops and everything you would expect from an Italian town. There are also some restaurants in Capitolo which is a 10-15 minute walk. The owner of the property was friendly and gave us lots of recommendations and tips which helped us make the most of our holiday.

The place is beautiful, and the owners are verry nice, hospitable and friendly.Besides the verry good accommodation, they provided lots of information and advices regarding places to visit and where to eat.We arrived earlier than usual checking time and the owners were verry accomdating by checking us earlier and also verry hospitable and they served us a welcome coffee 🤗The living has a kitchen island where you can cook.We used it to make tea, but you could easily cook anything if you would like to do so The pool is verry verry clean, our kids loved it and it was difficult to take them out to visit or to do other activities.The additional table, chairs and sunbeds in the yard are also great to have a light meal or a coffee and to relax outside.For us it was also good to use the washing machine because we travelled with light luggage. We will definitely come back!
