Ivy Cottage

Our stay at Ivy Cottage was great, it is a great location, based in a quiet residential area with lovely walks nearby but only a short drive to local supermarkets and takeaways. The garden was secure which was great for our dog as she could have her run in the garden while we could sit outside with food and drinks. The house itself is well equipped with everything you would need for your stay. We have already booked to stay here again later in the summer.

Nothing was a dislike

The location was very handy for the supermarkets. Nice and clean big house with good cooking facilities.

The house is advertised as a 4 bed but the "sofa bed" in the living room was a big leather couch or a blow up bed. Having booked this for a working trip it wasnt very suitable since there were 4 people staying. I think the advertisement for 4 bed needs to be changed. The other 2 out of 3 rooms all have bunk beds aswell.

It was a comfortable large space for our one night for 2 persons. The kichenette was well equipped. It was clean and I like the separate bins provided. The TV is huge and we enjoyed our evening dinner and TV night:)

It was abit tricky locking the door as you have to lift the door handle to lock. There was tea and sugar, maybe a small milk provided would be good too as most places do. Otherwise there was nothing we didnt like.

Guys likes the place and would come back

Was a great house right next to shopping centre, was really clean and cosy. The guy who owned it was great was always there to help. This was a really good find.
