Everything was great the rooms cooking facilities and location great place

The host Michael was there to meet us and was very friendly and welcoming. Also on hand if we needed anything during our stay

bedrooms had bunk beds very unsuitable for us and the location wasn’t good . we had to drive everywhere

The location was excellent. The house was well laid out.

The cottage and the host is excellent. Almost everything is perfect. The cottage is so tidy and lovely that I cannot but do most cleanup before leaving. It is a nice experience I have never had before.

WIFI speed should be faster. My phone switched to data automatically sometimes. The cottage can accommodate 7 people that the single bathroom with the only toilet will be a bit busy. The floor mop is short. I feel hard to use it.

A rare gem. I needed accommodation that was not only dog friendly but also accessible for someone with mobility issues and Ivy Cottage was able to deliver. The accommodation was exceptionally clean, furnished well, with everything you needed in the kitchen. The residential area meant it was quiet and offered plenty opportunities for dog walking. Having an enclosed private garden was a bonus and as we had good weather we enjoyed sitting out in it. Small retail park nearby to pick up essentials and only a short drive to Montrose beach.

Can’t find anything I didn’t like, I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great spacious property

There was no window in bedroom, just sliding doors so no option for air flow/breeze in the night. It was very warm weather when we stayed!

very clean and well maintained
