The place was refreshing. We booked 6 cabins and each cabin looks great. They are comfortable for 2 persons. There is aircon as well as wall fan. The mini ref has 2 bottled water as complimentary. There is also a kettle for boiling water although there is no coffee provided. Just in case, you can bring your own. The swimming pool is clean although we were not able to use during our stay. The owners keep the place tidy and well kept. The free breakfast was also good and was served personally by the owners.

The cabin I was in ran out of tissue. Not a big deal but would be for some.

The staff are amazing, you are very well looked after and nothing is a problem to them. The facilities are clean and well looked after. The location is ideal for Mukdahan centre within a short walking distance, and also within easy reach of an excellent market for provisions of any kind. I will return to Mukda Sawan. Mike.

Host was absolutely incredible! She helped me with everything i asked and went above and beyond to accommodate me!! It could not have been a better stay! The room was clean, comfy and modern. Delicious fresh breakfast and close to a great market!

what a great little spot - the small cabins and the gardens was very relaxing and quiet. Yet it was just a few minutes down to the night market-- a great little find !

Internet was a bit hit and miss .

Gorgeous, peaceful property. It is near town so very handy but so quiet it felt like the countryside! The Wifi was not good in the cottage they gave me but when I told them I needed the internet to watch football that night they kindly moved me to a different cottage, where the Wifi was much better. Charming hosts, pleasant stay.

Be very careful if arriving or parking your car at night. They had not turned on the outside lights and it was very difficult to reverse into my allotted space (cottage #3) in the darkness. In fact one big 4x4 car was parked at the end of the driveway so there was no possibility to U-turn inside the property and I reversed gently into the fence, scratching the rear of my car. Ask them to turn on the outside lights!

Swimming pool water freezing cold,difficult to get out from hotel by car because have to reverse long way out,room condition poor and shower was ice cold despite water heater.
