施設までの道が少し狭いので、 運転が上手な方がハンドルを握ってくださいね。

建物は歴史がある感じだが、中はきれいで清潔。 子どもたちはハンモックに喜んでいた。 管理人の方々がとても親切で、周辺のことを詳しく教えてくれたり、急なお願いにも対応していただき、バーベキューも出来たことで子どもがとても喜んでいた。

The place is beautifully renovated and furnished, very comfortable with great amenities as well as one of a kind living/sleeping arrangements that were very comfortable. The upstairs and downstairs have a beautiful view to mount fuji, which I didn't remember being very well advertised. Atsushi went above and beyond at every opportunity to make this an outstanding stay for us, making great recommendations, making dinner reservations and offering to cook a traditional Japanese breakfast with us that was incredible. The place had 3 bikes available for us to use which we took advantage to go out for dinner at an izakaya across the river. There were only 3 of us, but it felt like it would be very spacious and comfortable for a much larger group, with even some co-working / meeting space upstairs. We slept very well in the ingeniously set up beds. Kitchen and bathroom appliances were all top of the line which really stood out to us. Overall, the great hospitality, beautiful location near a lot of great nature to explore as well as the small but charming nirasaki area were big hits. I highly recommend this place to anyone interested in having an experience staying closer to nature, in a beautiful place with an incredible hospitality.

Nothing really, this was fantastic in all fronts. If you are staying here without a car, it is a pleasant river walk, 15-20min or a quick taxi ride. We had a rental car and not used to narrow japanese roads, so it was helpful to take the last 30 meters very slowly with another person to guide me.

The location is perfect for our one night stay on our drive from Hakuba to Tokyo after a ski trip and is in a great location for us to experience the Japanese country magic. The house has a great view of the surrounding mountains including Mountain Fuji. The house is sparkling clean and has everything we need to have a comfortable stay. The host is most gracious and hospitable - he offered us a bottle of local wine and a Japanese new year Osechi Ryori.

Such a beautiful guest home in a beautiful location surrounded by amazing views! The owner is a wonderful and treated us to a meal when we arrived! The hospitality is simply amazing.

Friendly host who stayed nearby if you need any help. Showed us his farm & suggest places of interest. Speak simple English. Nicely renovated house & with good views of Mt Fuji. Drove Toyota Corolla there & just have to be carefully/slowly. Have asked the host to provide the easy route to his house in future, as google map might not be accurate.
