Ubicación excepcional para recorrer esa zona de la isla. Es una casa muy grande, de dos plantas, donde pueden ir perfectamente 6 personas, amplias habitaciones con camas grandes.

La cama de la planta baja era incómoda.

Das Haus liegt in einer schönen Lage und man kann ganz wunderbar den Osten der Insel erkunden! Es ist sehr ruhig und man hat viel Platz.

Für meine Bedürfnisse hätte es sauberer sein können.

"A comfy house with beautiful birdsongs"

We stayed in this house in July. It is an independent house with a backyard, where we parked the car. The house seemed recently renovated, so the facility is modern and it is comfortable to live in. Inside the house is cool even in summer, we didn’t need a fan or air conditioning. The house is located in a quiet town/village, it was always quiet during our stay, except at sunrise, we heard various kinds of birds singing very beautifully, which was so romantic.

Nordeste is a little bit far from most of the tourist spots, but the roads are good, you can drive after sunset.

"Schönes geräumiges preiswertes Haus als Ausgangspunkt für Touren im Ost- und Mittelteil der Insel"

Das Haus hat ein sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis aber die fälligen Instandhaltungen sind offensichtlich. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es gibt sogar einen Stabmixer. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, wir haben 2 der 3 Schlafzimmer genutzt. Es gibt 2 Bäder im Haus. Wir würden mit 8,5 bewerten, es ist aber nur 8 oder 9 möglich

Die Fenster schließen teilweise nicht richtig. In manchen Zimmerecken sieht man Schimmel an der Wand. Durchgehend duschen mit konstant warmem Wasser ist schwierig. Oft kommt kaltes Wasser dazwischen oder für den Dritten der duscht reicht das warme Wasser nicht mehr. Kühlschrank und Herd zeigen Rostansätze. Das Haus liegt zwischen 2 Straßen mit Regionalverkehr. Morgens wenn die Leute zur Arbeit fahren ist man wach, auch mit geschlossenen Fenstern.
