SEThe location is good, the house is spacious and clean. You have all the things like washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, kitchen equipment you need in the house. There were also bikes but we didn't use them..
There is great potential in the house but some of the basic stuff does not work - 1) Sleep - The bedroom is right next to the main road so you can hear every car that passes, the bed is old and creeks so loud when you move or turn that you wake up at night, since there is no air-conditioning you will be tempted to open the only window but cannot because of bugs (which will find their way into the house in numbers anyways) and more noise from cars. Maybe putting a fan in the room and changing the bed could help a little but nothing can be done about the noise of the road. 2) Bathroom - The shower drain will start clogging as soon as you start showering and suddenly you will be standing in a pool of water connected to the drain. There is no change of towels so you will need to wash and dry them yourself. 3) Cooking - The stove stopped working midway through our first cooking but we managed to wait for it to cool down and restart again. There are many pans for cooking but almost all are extremely worn out and dirty so it's a difficult pick. Replacing the stove, adding just one new cooking pan and a reasonable knife would help.
