SGIt’s very clean with nice view to Legoland. There are two 24 hours convenient shop just downstairs and across the road is shopping centre.
- The water pressure drop if both washrooms are used at the same time. - there is no storage facility for luggage if you arrive early before the check-in. the reception will charge MYB 10-50 depending on the number of bags. - the owner just informed us about security deposit one night before check-in while we were busy packing and preparing for the trip. It will be better if he communicates a few days early.

USThe best point is the location. It was very convenient to reach Lego Land. The price is reasonable as well I think.
SGProperty was very clean and well kept. There were no weird or foul smells. The beds, mattresses and sofas did not make us itch unlike another apartment we booked. Towels and pillows were also clean and sufficient.
Some of the fixtures were old and faulty. Kitchen sink was leaking, master bedroom air con was leaking. There was no handsoap or detergent. Cutlery and plates/bowls were insufficient for us (3 adults and 2 toddlers). There was also no internet tv so no netflix or disney+ etc.

Finding carpark lot was a bit tough before check in. But I think we were supposed to wait aside before that... no biggie.. I would have liked having Netflix too.. but not a big deal.. carpark is dimly lit too felt a bit creepy esp at night

The room is not very clean, there are some cockroaches. The owner forced me to pat the deposit online.
