A well equipped bongalow, check in and check out went evry easy and fast, as i also asked for 2 hours earlier check in, You have all you expect, we spent almost 25 days here, was a great experience.

Hosts: 10/10 Awesome folks. Helpful. Agnieszka was of great help and better communication. Parking 10/10 - Clean 10/10 - Location was 10/10 for my purpose. Internet 10/10. Lots of bang for your buck.

The best thing about this place is the location. It is really near everything : by car, 5 min from la Zenia Boulevard, 15 min from torrevieja, 5 min from supermarkets. The house was really clean, except the water at the beginning that was colored in the shower but i guess it's because it hasn't been rented for a couple months. The house has everything you can need, a really nice patio with pretty lights during the night. The neighboorhood is quite calm. If you're not scared to walk, there are plenty of restaurants down the street too. The shared pool is really clean.

I don't think there is anything we didn't like. I would say that it is maybe a little pricy compared to other housing but I believe it's because of the location. It's been 20 years I come to Orihuela and that was the most expensive place I have been, but again, inflation and all, so we are not complaining :)

House was spacious and spotless, plenty of cooking equipment, outside space also very good with plenty of furniture, very quiet location.

Distance from shops and bars 20 min walk or taxi for 5 euros,not a fan of 2 single duvets on a king size bed rather uncomfortable.

Property was clean, tidy and well equipped.

Bit of a walk to the beach but we knew that when we booked it. No safe available at the property and although it felt very safe and secure we still didn’t like leaving our holiday cash there so ended up carrying it around with us.
