The gardens, which is one and three quarter acres, the pizza patio, river terrace with picnic tables and river bank are all communal and shared with three residents, who live onsite in a separate detached cottage.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "This holiday home is a gem."

What a wonderful holiday home , I couldn't wish for more. The garden area is huge and wonderfully kept. We were lucky with the weather to be able to ask the family to join us for a BBQ our 4 grandchildren loved the freedom of the outdoor area. The hosts are fabulous and very welcoming and friendly.

"Beautiful and peaceful location, comfortable cottage."

The cottage was well equipped and very comfortable and clean. The owners were welcoming and friendly. The garden area was lovely. My little girl loved the tree swing and playing the chess game.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

We loved the location and the modern facilities. It is very tranquil and idyllic.

We were a little disappointed with the cleanliness in the property. There were food crumbs left on the table and the three seater had remnants of sand/mud and crumbs. We ended up spending some time cleaning up before we settled in. Perhaps this was an oversight by the cleaning staff on this occasion.

Breakfast is not an option here. Kitchen facilities were excellent all mod cons. Everything you needed was readily available.

We had no complaints, couldn't have wished for better place to stay.

The property is spacious - nice bedrooms, lovely kitchen, amazing dining room, beautiful garden at the front, allocated parking space, clean bathroom/ toilet with brilliant showers facilities. The property is in a quiet & relaxing rural location, right at the border of Wales.There is a big Lidl, roughly 2 miles. We have been at this property in 2021 and now in 2025. We thought it got better as it has been renewed and well maintained. Great to explore North Snowdonia in our case. I would like to stay there again as it a brilliant 10/10 place for a comfortable family stay, in our opinion. The owners are very helpful people.
