The gardens, which is one and three quarter acres, the pizza patio, river terrace with picnic tables and river bank are all communal and shared with three residents, who live onsite in a separate detached cottage.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "Suitable for a short stay but really quite a budget offering"

The location is lovely and there's a lot of space at the property, it was relatively clean, secure and had a well equipped kitchen. Had a great cot for my son and good storage for clothes. Easy to access the property.

The bed and bed linen were quite uncomfortable for us, we overheated every night and didn't sleep well. The property is a little dated and tired and there was no coffee for us (in dire need of coffee with a toddler!). Water pressure for the shower wasn't great and bathroom linen was stained a little and tired. Furniture not that comfortable either. Crockery was greasy from previous guests. I think it's not a bad place to stay but not worth the cost we paid.

"Lovely property, great owners, very peaceful."

We were told were the keys would be left. The owner also met us as we arrived. Very friendly. Added bonus was the air conditioning as we were there during the heatwave.

I cannot fault the place at all, it was lovely.

"Relaxing and enjoyable"

This is our second stay here and it was just as enjoyable as the first. The location is fantastic and the hosts are very welcoming. It’s totally idyllic and the perfect spot to visit lots of attractions.
